Amendment VII

In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise reexamined in any court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.

The Seventh Amendment states that if what you are going to court for is over the amount of twenty dollars but due to inflation the current amount would be $523.69. One will also go to court recognized by the government with that case not being reexamined by any court in the U.S.
